Dr. Chan: Do you know the common differential diagnosis of hypoglycaemia?

Students: Insulin overdose, neoplasm......... (dead air)

Dr. Chan: Do you know the word EXPLAIN?

Students: (oh my god, she is going to be harsh..) ....umm.... yes....

Dr. Chan: EX stand for exogenous insulin, P stand for....... N stand for neoplasm...

Students: Phew...
